Create an integration user, a Salesforce user account through which Nektar will access your Salesforce data.
We will send you an invitation link to start the process. Click the link, sign into Salesforce as the integration user you created previously, and allow access.

The checklist on the bottom-right corner will guide you through the rest of the onboarding. Clicking a checklist item will take you to the part of the console where it can be completed.

Nektar will automatically create some custom fields in your Salesforce organization. No action from you is required.
Enter all email domains that your organization uses, and click Confirm. Nektar uses these email domains to identify your team members in emails and meetings.
Click the “Ready to sync” button. Your first Salesforce sync will begin after we verify your settings. Afterwards, you may pause and resume Salesforce sync yourself.
Note that your first Salesforce sync may take up to a few days, depending on the amount of data you have.
